Corian is a material also called synthetic stone, mostly used on the surface of cabinets and tables. The most important property of corian is its seamlessness, formability and gapless execution, as the connection region is sealed using acrylic resin. Resin is solved in the gap and produces a completely flat, seamless surface after the final polish. Corians are mostly used in cabinet surface, dish sink, counter, washing basins end such.

Its other feature is the antibacterial, water resistant and spot resistant property. Not a porous material, spots don’t penetrate into it and fungi cannot grow within.

Corian used in kitchen decoration and hygienic accessories can easily be cleaned with conventional disinfectants and cleaners. The scratches formed on corian are reparable and in case of damage, it can be rectified using fillers and sandpaper. If a part breaks, it’s easily replaced.

The substances composing corian are corin polymer acrylic, aluminum and bauxite ore. This synthetic stone can be formed, cut and flexed, besides offering a color pallet or 70 colors with variable textures.
