Guarantee

The Atra industrial group offers all of its products with 1 year of guarantee and 7 years of post-sale services. After installation and delivery of the project, for a year, possible repairs or replacement of parts will be provided by the company free of charge.

Post-sale services include support and repairs for 7 years, while charging the expense of the parts. In addition to the guarantee card, the product ID will also be provided for the client to be totally informed about its features, also enabling the new owners of the property to be able to enjoy the guarantee and post-sale services of the product by keeping the guarantee card and product ID.
